Support requests regarding an existing subscription will only be answered if they come from the email address associated with the account.
If it's regarding a subscription that has been paid and you haven't received your access details yet, you will get your access details within the next working day. You can also have a look in your junk mail folder, as it may have ended up there.
If you are having issues logging in (returning user), please make sure you have read the following. If you did and it didn't help, make sure you sent us your user name with your support request.
